In the very start IIFP established its placement department by recruiting an experienced hand from one of the leading management institutes. The placement team closely interacts with students of PG programme, on a regular basis, on job market, on various job profiles in financial sector, career growth in wealth management industry, etc. They also do training need analysis and groom students accordingly to make them market ready professionals. The department also maintains excellent relationship with HR and line managers and invites them to the institute for guest lectures and workshops. They are equally active in helping students prepare for the challenges ahead once they have taken up a job on completion of the course.

The students are encouraged to involve in placement activity, as a part of grooming, and some of them are assigned with the responsibility of interacting with the corporates and familiarize them with the course content and caliber of students of the institute.
