| Mr. Niamatullah, M.Com, CAIIB, CFPCM is the Director-Academics of the Indian Institute of Financial Planning. All the programmes of the institutes are being conducted under his guidance and supervision. The institute has strong team of professionals and core academicians to make it climb the ladder and earn the goodwill of students and parents.
Mr Niamatullah brings over 36 years of experience in banking, of which 5 years were in mutual fund industry. On superannuation from SBI he joined the education industry. He has personally conducted over 100 seminars in the initial years of CFPCM movement in the country and is credited with formally introducing Financial Planning in India as a career option in the year 2002. He has been associated with various institutes offering CFPCM Certification Education Programme and PG Diploma in Financial Planning since then. |
| He is also the former Vice Chairman of Association of Financial Planners of India (now FPSB India), ex- MD of SBI Mutual Fund and former Director of AMFI. Mr Niamatullah was also a member of the Mutual Fund panel of SEBI and a member of one of the SEBI Delegations that visited USA to study development of mutual fund industry in USA. He was on the mutual Fund panel of Business Baron, a finance magazine, and a member of the index committee of both Bombay Stock Exchange and National Stock Exchange. |
